What is a credit?

Credits pay for the data Talona brings back. A researched lead costs 5 credits, a verified email adds 3, and a verified phone number adds 15. Contact lookups only cost credits when a result is found.

How many credits does a lead use?

A researched lead with a verified email uses 8 credits. For example, 20 leads with emails use 160 credits. Phone lookups and deeper research use extra credits. Actual results depend on available matches and contact data.

What happens when I run out?

See the credit estimate before a search starts. Work pauses when your balance runs out. Top-ups are optional, with no automatic purchases or overage charges. Paid plans can add $25 per 1,000 credits without upgrading.

Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly credits stay valid for two billing cycles while your subscription is active. The oldest credits are used first. Top-up credits stay valid for 12 months and remain available after cancellation.

Can I try Talona for free?

Free includes 200 one-time credits, with no card required. Try live lead research, contact enrichment, and CSV export. The free allowance does not renew and is valid for 30 days.
